Need to create your own custom form? Want to change the Icon for your Items and forms? Have a need for a large number of custom fields? If you have a complex business model or process, Centerbase now allows you to create as many new Items and Fields as you need using the new Item Manager. Easily create new Items, add the fields, and design a whole new form in minutes. All users on the system are able to take advantage of your work the next time they log in. New Items can be linked, searched for, charted and printed just like any other Centerbase Item.
The Centerbase import tool has been replaced by a much easier to use, faster import wizard. Easily preview your import data, and drag and drop fields to the matching fields in Centerbase. Using a tree structure, you are able to map fields from a single import file into multiple linked Centerbase Items. Speed is improved dramatically by uploading your import file to the server before begining the import. New logic at the server level improves import speeds by over 100X.
The Centerbase Homepage has been created to allow users to quickly and easily see the information that is most important to them as soon as they log in. The home page allows for custom display of tasks and actvities in a simple list, and the addition of unlimted charts to show the most important metrics you need to run your business. The most recent improvements allow more efficient use of the task and activity list. In addition to adding a date range filter to the Home Page context menu, new date options have been created to allow the user to specify nearly any desired date range. Just want to see the next 6 days of activities? Now you can use the date filter to show any combination of past and future ranges, including the current day.
