Beyond Square One
Amy graduated from Oklahoma State University with a B.S. in Psychology and a minor in Sociology. She started her journey with the legal industry as early as 1997. Amy came on board as a partner of Beyond Square One in 2012, and just a year before she served on the LexisNexis CIC Advisory Council.
Before joining Beyond Square One, Amy was the accounting and billing administrator as well as the assistant office administrator and computer coordinator for a mid-size law firm. She is a certified Time Matters Consultant and was the lead facilitator in assisting with the implementation and use of Time Matters/Billing Matters software at her previous office. From 2005 to 2008, Amy was also a member of the Oklahoma City Chapter of the Association of Legal Administrators.
Currently, Amy specializes in Time Matters implementations, customizations and troubleshooting services.
We asked Amy a few questions about herself to get to know one of our valued Centerbase Certified Partners better:
1.-What is your favorite part about working with law firms?
"I prefer working on the backend of databases, finding the missing piece to the puzzle so when law firms approach us with a problem, I enjoy diving into the database to find a solution."
2. What is a fun fact that you'd like people to know?
"I showed horses competitively for 10 years and placed top ten in my division at both the US and the Canadian National Championships."
3. Why are you excited to work with Centerbase?
"I really like the ease of customizations, the transparency of the company and employees."
