Amy Beeler | Account Executive, Centerbase
At Centerbase, Amy’s tasks vary from day to day, but her role always remains focused on one key component of the company: the Partners.
As an account executive at Centerbase, Amy's role brings together several aspects of the business - from training new Partners to giving demos and closing sales with clients. In everything she does, she's constantly establishing, maintaining, and strengthening the relationships of Centerbase's partners— and to her, that's the best part.
“Having the chance to work with all our Partners is really special and important to me. "
With a degree in Human Resources, Amy brings a rich and diverse background to her role. Although she spent the first three and a half years of her career in HR and Recruiting sales, Amy knew she wanted to switch things up when she became interested in the software industry.
“[Software] was really an industry that peaked my interest and obviously Dallas is a great market for it. I was fortunate enough to come across Centerbase, and once I saw what they were doing with the software and the impact they were going to have on the market, that’s when I decided to come on board, ” Amy recalls.
During her time with Centerbase, Amy’s had the chance to do more than interface with Partners — she’s been able to witness the company's rapid growth first-hand.
About a year and a half ago, when she first started with the company, she became involved in Centerbase’s initiative to develop accounting into the software. For Amy, this project was not only one of her favorites, but one that truly conceptualized the amount of innovation and growth that Centerbase champions on a daily basis.
“Seeing how much work [the accounting integration] took and the short amount of time we got it done, as well as the impact that it had on making us more of an all-in-one platform was huge,” she explains.
Much like the initative to integrate accounting, the move towards a new and improved User Interface was another large-scale project Amy enjoyed being a part of and watching come to life.
"I think the opportunity to be at a company when it's in a startup phase, and to contribute as much as I hope to contribute and to see it grow into what I think it’s going to grow into - it’s a really exciting opportunity.”
The unique opportunity of working for a forward-thinking company with room for growth and change is what initially attracted Amy to the company — and it's what keeps her excited about being a part of Centerbase every day.
